Julianne Hough, Kenny Wormald, Dennis Quaid, Andie MacDowell and our favrit’ little girl ever, Maggie Elizabeth Jones… oh.my.gosh.this.face.
this movie makes us wanna dance, cry, laugh, and wear a really pretty pink dress haha. kenny and julianne are both amazing dancers, and bein’ small town country girls ourselves, this movie feels like home.
“For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven: a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;” – Ecclesiastes 3:1
sometimes people can take spirituality or faith and turn it into something based on fear and guilt, and use it to hold people back. we believe that what people believe in, or have faith in, is unique to each person… it’s whatever gives you inspiration and hope, whatever brings you joy, and whatever sets you free. ren quoting the bible in the city council meeting is one of the most inspiring movie scenes, and it gives us chill bumps every time. so much of life depends on how people perceive things, and what kind of energy they put into them. if someone comes from a place of fear and judgment, than something in life can be seen as negative, but if people approach life with an open mind and a hopeful heart, that same thing can be something beautiful.
julianne hough is crazy adorable, and she’s perfect as ariel moore, the good girl who rebels against her preacher father, and her outfits are soooo cute. we put together some fashion inspiration from her sunday school best, and her friday night sass.
