today i will
\nbe good to myself,
\nand tomorrow maybe
\na little bit better,
\nuntil being good to me
\nis a little easier,
\nand maybe even someday
\nnot so hard at all.
\nmaybe these are just little seeds
\nbut i'll keep giving them
\ntouches of sunlight\u2026
\njust a little hope here
\nand a little grace there
\nand a little more light in those
\nplaces holding all the fear,
\nand then maybe all these little seeds
\njust might grow until someday they
\nbecome flowers\u2026
