\nyou have to chase it.
\nthat thing that tells you\u2026
\nkeep. going.
\nthat there are wilder sunsets
\nand more colors to know.
\nthat there are still answers for
\nwhat's pulling at you.
\nthat the emptiness and heartbreak aren't
\nwhere love will leave you because somewhere
\nthere is a lover who will kiss you like you have
\npoetry and addiction on your lips and who
\nneeds your touch and taste like
\nmercy on their soul.
\nand there are all those virgin, unfelt things in you;
\nstill untouched and tender and unfolding.
\nso you have to keep searching.
\nfor all that soul stuff.
\nuntil your intangible aches are in the flesh
\nand that fire within you is spilling all around you\u2026
