my friends & i have always felt sad about how, as girls,
\nit's not safe for us to take late-night walks\u2026
\nwhen all we wanna do is go look at the moon.<\/p>\n

but a few nights ago, a woman left the earth, on her way to be
\nthe first woman to go to the moon, in a rocket named after a goddess\u2026
\nand the moon was pink that night\u2026<\/p>\n

and it felt like being told to keep reaching for a better world\u2026
\none where we're so free to take walks under the moon
\nthat we feel like we could touch it.
