this world is burning, and i want a world where it's safe to believe in summers… safe to lay easy in the grass, light and peaceful and sunkissed, knowing the axis is tilted steady towards the good, feeling so sure that something beautiful is at the core of everything. you can feel how we're clawing for it… but maybe someday we'll grasp it, and we'll live it.
